Verizon Wireless Claim for Compensation
What Verizon Wireless did:
I signed up for Verizon Wireless around February 2022. I’ve been having service connection issues ie: Bad reception, dropped calls, emotional distress calling Verizon back to back to resolve any issues I’ve had. It led to no real results.
I had promises of discounts and switching my plan back to when i first signed up with them. I moved my service from Spectrum mobile to a company who doesn’t care and always advertising plans and shooting the bills through the roof.
I ended up adding a second line which led my bill to be estimated over 200 to 300 a month and still had the same service issues with the second device. Again i went through the same emotional distress trying to make things less stressful as possible. Majority of the times if I had to make an emergency call it wouldn’t even work.
Eventually i reported Verizon to CFPB and an executive contacted me and helped me in a way that still didn’t solve any issue at all. Now I’m left with a bill of $685.00
I have correspondence from Verizon corporate on paper. I would like to resolve this matter without legal recourse. I would like my balance to be at zero.
