Viasat Claim for Compensation
What Viasat did:
Ok so after we settled with Hughes net I started service with viasate was quoted 169.99 with the first three months at 119.99 and was told this was not with my ACP discount of $30.00 I am lucky I took a screen shot of said quote and it says nothing about the ACP being added so I get my first months bill and am being charge $37.00 more than what was quoted to me for the first three month and when spent 4 hrs on the phone talking to 4 different people and even with the proof that I have that the ACP was not added to the quote they will not give me my discount that they quoted other than that I already love the service and don’t want to loose them but at the same time I expect what I’m quoted also on there site it state that the ACP cannot be added to the discount until after installation I am asking them to pay me back for the mishap and my time having to go this route to get anything done about it and for there rude customer service manager I talked to at 10:30 am till noon today wich told me that the quote was with the ACP discount and lied to me
