Viasat Claim for Compensation

What Viasat did:
When i first talked to the CSR at ViaSat she told me I had 15 days to try the service and if i didn’t like it i could cancel at no cost. I had ViaSat for 8 days and called to cancel and they are trying to charge me a termination fee.
