What Wells Fargo did:
They over drafted my account by 1000 when I was told that it was suppose to be final. I spoke to an intake specialist and was advised that the credit was suppose to final. My account was over drafted soon after for the 1000 amount and I was confused. I called up and they told me that it was a mistake that would be corrected but nothing has been corrected. When I called up recently they told me that they were still working to resolve the issue and nothing has been done. I was advised to keep checking because things like this can take up to 180 days and it has been well over a couple of months. This has harmed me financially caused alot of trauma.
