2022. Then on March 1,2022 I called in and subscribed to a new contract with additional features and paid for that month. Two days later AHS took out money from that Visa card I used without approval from me. They said it was for the previous contract. I told them that I had cancelled that contract and to refund that payment to me. Because of previous misuse of my card I had already requested that they remove all card numbers and payment methods from my account and I would call or mail in payments monthly. After reviewing the previous year’s experience with them and the account I decided to just cancel all contracts and services with them. I have done so in April 2022. Yesterday I received a notice from a collection agency concerning close to a $400 bill from AHS. I owe them nothing and it clearly states that all I have to do is simply call them if I want to cancel which I did for both contracts. Now I’m being harassed by them and this has cause a considerable amount of worry and anguish for me. I am handicapped and 80 years old and needed their type of services which were great but it was someone in the accounting office that was scamming and pilfering off of my account and I caught them. Now they are trying to get me to pay more and this is fraud. Complaint

When they wouldn’t change my payment due date to coincide with my paycheck dates their agent advised that I could let the current contract expire and then call in and engage a new contract on the date of the month I wanted my payments which I did..
