What CenturyLink did:
For the last 5 years I have been paying for internet service at my new home and only getting half the speed which I was contractually paying for. On 3 occasions a technician was sent out to repair it. And on the last one the techician informed me the reason I hadn’t gotten the speed I was paying for was because it had t been setup correctly. He could t fix it because the junction box he needed to access was in another persons yard. But after gay I never heard anything about a follow up. I called repeatedly and no technician was ever don’t afterward. I recently cancelled my service and I am trying to get a partial refund for the years my connection was problematic.
