Comcast Xfinity Complaint
What Comcast Xfinity did:
They are literally holding my phone hostage preventing me from activating it with another company. All due have been met. They promised me 24 hours for them to send me the unlock code. It has been over 40 hours. I’ve lost 2 days of work and going on 3 as I use my phone to work. I call them and they hang up on me. Please help.
