Cox Complaint
What Cox did:
My cable goes out for hours 3-4 a week. I called COX today advised I needed them to send a line tech. They refused and an hour later my cable came back on. I asked for a sup to get them to schedule a line tech. Instead, after me asking him NOT to reset my box he did and I still have not had my tv come back up. Charles the sup claimed he was sending a line tech on Wednesday. Now it has been over 30 minutes and I still have no services. This is becoming a nightmare. I am held hostage on the phone for hours and yet they expect full payment monthly. My services are out more than they work
