Santander Consumer USA Complaint
What Santander Consumer USA did:
I had an repo due to i been sick in the hospital and i Reinstated my vehicle received a letter i had to sign for of the amount to get vehical back then when i called and tried the balance was higher i was told it included fees and i will be current i did so then i get slammed with a key fee of 305.00 i was told to call UAR Nationwide i did the lady told me they do not cut keys but manager at Santander consumer USA told me to call they did not add that charge im very upset it make my bill higher to pay now today there adding feb bill thats not here yet they never did this whats going on with this company sounds fraudish to me or an upside diwn loan help
