Verizon Wireless Complaint
What Verizon Wireless did:
I got new Service and brought my own Google pixel 6a phone and insured it through Verizon. After few weeks, my line was ported out without my authorization. Verizon gave me a temp number until they ported my number back. While this was going on, I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I filed a claim and was denied saying I didn’t have insurance. So when my number was ported without my consent the insurance was cancelled without my consent. I never cancelled my insurance. I also received a bill saying I owe $1000. I only had service for 2 month.
