What Vivint did:
Vivint failed to offer in person customer service. Vivint also refused to send a technician out to troubleshoot our security system failure. My home is now unsecured, thus leaving my family vulnerable to any unlawful hooligans. The customer service they offer is substantially below what any reasonable person would expect. They offered $15.00 reduction on my next monitoring bill, which was insulting to infer a dollar amount to my family’s safety.
