What Vivint did:
Giving is charging me every month to monitor my doorbell when I brought my equipment because my credit didn’t work and the young man told me when I got this equipment I didn’t owe anything else then the next month or so Vivint started bill me and had explained to the young man that I didn’t and couldn’t afford no monthly bill because all I needed was a doorbell to watch my mail and that I am on a fixed income and they have been charging me 50 some odd dollars to monitor my doorbell and this alarm system I didn’t need and I didn’t need the alarm but they said it came with it. I had one door to my Apartment to in or out. I could have brought a Doorbell from Amazon for less that 550.00 dollar they got out of my account to pay this equipment off, Now they shut me off from my phone so When I’m not home I can’t see my mail being delivered even after I paid for my equipment and I told them from jump I do not need no one watch my Doorbell so now since I can’t and won’t pay for them to monitor it they said I was in a 2 yr contract. If I would been explained that I never would have brought this system. I want my Money back. They refused to let me see my Doorbell from my phone and I am on a fixed income.
