What Verizon Wireless did:
They took a deposit for a new IPad,and an additional fee for one day shipping,I was expecting my iPad the next day,instead,24 hours later I got an email saying I needed to “verify my identity “ when i slicked the link and tried to upload my ID there,but there stupid software wouldn’t work with my camera phone and so the 15 times I tried to take a picture it wouldn’t be accepted because the trash software Verizon used to make it always left it blurry,I tried calling in 5 days ina row and none of the “reps” could “help me” and there was nothing they could do,then I got an email saying they were going to cancel my order after 6 days of waiting around for my new iPad,and to call if I didn’t want them to cancel ,so I did,the “rep” that “helped
Me” was absolutely horrible,there was a dog barking in the background the entire time,she was the least intelligent person I’ve ever spoken to on a telephone,she had no idea what she was doing,or talking about,and helped me
In no way,shape or form,and then she couldn’t give me a reference number for the call,or a ticket number,or any other type of way to identify the call to complain to her supervisor or manager,it was the worst customer phone call I’ve ever had,and so now there going to “issue a refund” that would take “up to 14 days” so they took my money,punked me off ,hung up on the phone call and I still don’t have an iPad or my money back,and lost a whole week to this **,ugh
