What T-Mobile did:
Was a Sprint customer for 10+years then the merger with T-Mobile began in 2021. From 4g to now 5g thought my service would get better, **** oh ******** After getting a iPhone 13 mini being told this would improve my reception it didn’t. In NY where I was conducting business absolutely no phone service, dropped calls no email and no to little internet it made doing business impossible. I had to drive miles to get any reception mind you I was 1hr from Midtown Manhattan. Someone @ T-Mobile needs to be kicked severely for this ********, for I am done with them!
