Airbnb Complaint
What Airbnb did:
I was stuck in a scary house with drugs and non compliant living conditions – I was told that heat is an aminity when it was freezing cold… There was an air mattress with thin blankets and I had no protection from the cold at all on my last night – had to use my own money to get out immediately
