What happened?
I filed a dispute with chime on Feb . 10 is regards to unauthorized charges totaling 443.26. I notice the authorized charges when I got my phone back because it was stolen . Chime email me back today stating no error occurred very vague email with no detail informed i was original told that I would be giving a Provisional credit by March 2 . Now my claim is denied for charges I didn’t make while my phone is stolen rent is due this week now i don’t know what to do at this point
