Brinks Home Security Complaint

What Brinks Home Security did:
he property in question is Mint Hill 28227 2012 We purchased an Alarm system from Monitronices with a 5-year contract. The current equipment located at this property is paid off. In 2021 the property became a rental. Without my consent and knowledge Brinks forced the tenants to sign a 2-year contract on my equipment on my property. That would be considered Fraudulent. This Ladies were simply renting the property from my management company. The tenants moved out in November 2022 and when I tried turning the alarm on, I was told that I needed to transfer the contract back in my name thus allowing me to have the property monitored. I did so and called in on December 8th, 2022, requesting a cancelation based on the companies 30-day cancelation policy. I was notified that I would receive a doc-sign document which I never received. I again Called on the 17th of December prior to my flight to Europe and was given the same story. I returned on January the 8th 2023 and made numerous calls to brinks about cancelling this account. Brinks continue to refuse to cancel the contract. The contract was to be terminated as requested by me. As i did ask for cancellation brinks did nor receive any payments from me. We never made the first paymentn as we have called and made notification request to cancel. Please can you help with this fraudulent matter.
