What Brinks Home Security did:
I called to cancel my Brinks service onFebruary 24, 2023. I was told they will send an email within 2 days which will take up to nearly an hour to complete with a link, if not used within a very short time, I would have to start all over again. Then when they received this very difficult process with a email signature….I will have to Amy for 30 days more of service I no longer have as the Brinks equipment is disconnected as of 2/23/2023
This is the most difficult process for me, a Senior as computer stuff a ,most difficult for me as well as most Seniors! Help please to cancel!
