What CenturyLink did:
Centurylink decided to swap internet carriers which is now Brightspeed. We are being charged for a device that is ours $15 each month for the past 6 mths now. Tried explaining this to the company and claims its policy that they have to charge. We paid 3 installments of $33 for 3 mths and the device was ours purchased which was 3 yrs ago. Now that they switched over we never got any info nor did we make agreements to pay rental on a device that was already ours.
