What CenturyLink did:
On February 2, my appt was cancelled without formal notification. I took a day off from work to ensure I was at my home for services. The following day, they also did not show up to my scheduled appt, and it was rescheduled again. I took time off from work to wait for them and continue to get the runaround of my service. I still do not have internet, and have lost wages due to them cancelling me several times.
