What CenturyLink did:
I have had years of terrible service from Centurylink. Most recently after the rollout of their “new and improved” email. Non stop problems since going live mid October 2022. Reoccurring problem of not being able to send emails as the “COMPOSE FEATURE DISABLED…SUSEPCTED SPAM…CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT”. I have submitted over fifty tickets to Centurylink. No resolve. No customer support. Nothing. Centurylink does not care as long as I pay my bill.
