What CenturyLink did:
Centurylink transferred my account to a company they wholly own as I moved. They do not offer service at my current home, and have made it impossible to cancel. They continue to bill since July of 22.
They only offered to give me a credit for the billing and everytime I call they just juggle me around for hours.
They continue to charge me 65.00. I have left it on autopay so they don’t send me to collections.
I cannot cancel without agreeing to additional terms of service and using their new online portal. They have refused to help me.
