Charter Spectrum Complaint
What Charter Spectrum did:
I decided to change providers from Spectrum on 12/28/2022. When the new provider contacted them, Spectrum denied that I had an account (despite my having paid them monthly and that Spectrum showed on my phone), and other clearly false claims. They refused to allow a change as their records do not show any account in any way associated with me. A “ticket” was generated on 01/10/2023; despite multiple weekly calls from me to Spectrum, no resolution has been made. My phone # is being held hostage by this series of events. I have withheld any payments since 01/01/2023.
