Charter Spectrum Complaint
What Charter Spectrum did:
Charter sent people door to door with a special deal for internet and phone. I canceled my service and signed up for this offer. They forced me to buy a $750 phone to get the deal. After I purchased the phone they refused to give me the deal and refused to refund me for the phone or fix the hole they put in my house for the installation which they ask made me pay for.
