Charter Spectrum Complaint
What Charter Spectrum did:
As a member for i going on I think 4 years now. The best spectrum was allowing my husband and i was unlimited service for 3 devices at a price of 49.99 a month for each device. I escalated a claim and this is all they offered for spotty service. I was paying over 200. A month and couldn’t use my service at home. This was ongoing since June/ July, 2021.
