What Charter Spectrum did:
I have two houses main one in 90077 they claim personal service and a secondary in 92262 vacation home which they have been classifying as business. When noticed it 5 years ago I called them and they said it was I had substantally more services at my vacation home. I let it go not knowing the difference. My son recentally noticed the difference in bills (over 100.00 diff per month) and told me it was quite the opposite. I’ve been paying over 100.00 per month for over 30 years and didn’t know it. I contacted Spectrum and sent them a letter and they had someone call me. She couldn’t tell me the difference but was willing to change to personal next week. I asked her about a rebate/refund for all the past years and she said she would discuss with the appropriate person and contact me back THAT WAS THE LAST I HEARD OF IT I checked with some of my neighbors and they have the same situation.
