Charter Spectrum Complaint
What Charter Spectrum did:
I transferred my Spectrum internet and landline telephone service to FI OS on February 16. Today Spectrum customer service ***-***-****) informed me that they do not prorate their bills and I would be billed for the entire billing cycle that began Feb 22 even though they had not provided any services to me as of Feb 16. I will be billed $106 for non-services.
