What DirecTV did:
Seem to be having troubles with AT&T and DirecTV my bill is $341 due to the fact that they have not kept their word for a 12 months and didn’t tell me about a promotion they added to my account I have tried to keep my bill down I have lessened my choice of what I have to lower plan and they still continue to give me the same runaround this month my bill was 109 last month my bill is $341 today can you tell me how people can keep lying and lying and lying why why I have to call every month to tell these people hey keep your word on the 12th months and they still can’t help me they still don’t understand what’s going on I had the ACP for my internet and they took that away they said they can’t do that but yes they can because they sent me a card in the mail saying they need the 20 $20 for Internet from DirecTV so you tell me what’s going on how my bill get from 109 to 341 a month I need something done about this because I’ve been with them too long and they telling me I need to just go and cancel out let me go as a customer well that’s fine too but you’ve lost 12 million customers so what’s new they’re trying to make me have an $800 Bill where I cannot pay they want me kicked out they don’t want me to be have this table service and all I’ve tried to do is pay my bill and keep it down only getting money once a month but you know what your representatives have a good way of getting rid of people
