Metro by T-Mobile I been having problems with my phone people places I didn’t even recognize and people making complaints about my number calling people I don’t even know.I one person text me and said stop texting me my I got so stressed that I text the person back and ask him who he was and replied I’m not going to tell my f…. Name. You have been texting me over and over and over over tried to explain it wasn’t me and he said bull s…. Why is number keep coming out he again f… You stop calling.so then I called T mobile and found out I had 46 complaints about my number and they threaten to turn my phone off and ended up getting into an argument with him I’ve been with them for 5 years or more and ask him if that means to check if it was me and told me maybe possible yes maybe yes so they did check and turned out it was not me.I asked to just give my money back and I would go some place because it had been going on for a while had no idea.told me they could not . I couldn’t afford to pay again some place else I’m on a fixed income .it’s bad enough they charge me 40 or 45 sometimes when I’m half a day late making the payment im65 years old medically disabled.any I had to take extra meds because I started getting stressed depressed I suffer from post dramatic stress disorder..and to speak with my psychiatrist.my God it was hard on me and still is.thank you hearing out sorry it took me so .at same time I guess I was painting venting.have blessed day. I’m not a greedy person I just want what’s owed to me.ive been loyal customer for five years.should conversate me for all the stress and problems cause by then.thank you if I knew it was possible I’d ask them refund all the five years.and go some place else.thank you for your time.
