What Sprint did:
I went to sprint to get a phone under my sister plan. I worked with an agent there which I ended up getting a iPhone 12. I was no longer able to maintain the phone with sprints hidden fees and bizarre tactics to force people into installment contracts. I offered to return the phone and stop doing business with them. Sprint has been hitting my sisters credit and sending bills. I’m confused. The contract has my name on it however I don’t believe sprint was upfront with the actual fees and cost of the device.
