What US Bank did:
The employees who works in Jennings Mo. is taking my mom (83 yrs old) through the ringer about a debit card that was ordered on 02/21/23. She was told the debit card was going to be expedited and check back on Friday (2/24/23) she did check back to be told no card was order but they would order her one and she could pick up a temp debit card at the branch. I called right back from a different number and a guy says again no card was ordered according to the computer. I asked to speak to a Mgr. He (Sulei *****) says that they are busy. wouldn’t give me a desk to call and just hung the phone up shortly after. this is a elderly woman trying to pay her rent with a debit card.
