Vivint Complaint
What Vivint did:
I want to cancel my Vivint service. We have had them for 14 years. 4 years ago we upgraded our system to a smart hub. They reached out to us. They told us they were upgrading us because we were long time customers and it was a way of saying thank you. Today I find out there was a contract for an additional 5 years. There was no contract! We never signed anything. They want us to pay 289.00 to cancel our service. They took 50.00 off. It was 339.00. Nobody said we had to renew for 5 years.
