Been trying to cancel this account for the last 3 years. They said we owe )
$900 something to fortiva but fortiva dont even see an account for us. The last time i talked to them sept 27, 2022 the agent said that the equipments was actually warranteed meaning we really dont owe them anything. And have started the cancellation. I sent out any information they needed from us. But to this day jan 18 2023 they are still charging our account for services we dont use. We moved out of that house april of 2020 so we have been paying for the last 3 years…. When will it stop? They are the worst company to ever talk with.
