What Vivint did:
Being jerked around for months trying to get a faulty smoke detector replaced. Vivint makes appts & then unbeknownst to me changes dates and you only find out if you happen to call or online chat. This has happened twice. Third Vivint scheduled date is 2/26/23. I’m an 82 y/o widow w/no one who can replace smoke detector.
