Brinks Home Security Complaint
What Brinks Home Security did:
I have had Brinks home security in my business for the last 4 years or more, in October 2022 I moved to a new location and canceled the service with Brinks. I have called the company several times to cancel the service that I dint have it any more since I moved to my new location because they don’t offer the service I need in my new location, the technician came to my location twice but he can’t install it because the system they have provided me it’s not for business it’s residential only. I called Brinks home in February asking why they still take money from my account since I don’t have a contract with them and don’t have the service either. the lady hows in charge have canceled the service and requested a refund for February and January 2023 because I don’t have the service, I checked my bank statement this month and I noticed that they still take money from my account without my permission, without a contract and without having the service in my location. I contacted them several times on the same day but they won’t respond and won’t help me gettin’ the refund plus stop taking the money from my account since I don’t have a contract either the service. they said will send me a cancellation form to cancel the service I don’t have. I am been paying for a service I don’t have without my permission for the last 6 months which is $80 a month X 6 = 480. and till today I never received the cancelation that they were supposed to send it 4 months ago.
I am seeking an apology letter from the company plus a full refund for the last 6 months and any upcoming payments will be taken from my account till this issue is resolved plus $5000 damage because they hearting me financially and emotionally.
please help me get away from this company
