What Airbnb did:
I am a host with verifiable damages caught on video. I have submitted these and followed every rule of guidance provided by AirBNB on how to request for damage compensation. I have reached out to AirBNB support and spent over 15 hours trying to resolve this issue. I have never received any communication back on compensation and have no other recourse but legal action. The damages are clear, verifiable and I am covered through AirBNB’s policies.
