What Airbnb did:
I cancelled two reservations 2 months prior to full refund deadline. Although, I received a refund for the stay with the host, Generali insurance will not refund my charge. Generali is insurance for actual travel. Since those two reservations are cancelled I need a refund for insurance policies relating to the travel. Airbnb refuses to help me with Generali. Generali will only work with Airbnb. The run around is ridiculous. Please help!
