Bank of America Complaint
What Bank of America did:
I had some unauthorized charges with BOA in the amount of 900$or so,i went through the bank its self to resolve no avail.was told go through merchant. ( MicroSoft)i contacted microsoft they advised go through my bank.the charges are clearly on my bank statements .either side would help ne during this time i caught covid and was unable to follow through with my dispute was necer contacted by either company. What i was told either one could do anything about my situation
