Boost Mobile Complaint

What Boost Mobile did:
Boost Mobile is constantly changing my bill due date. They will turn my service off one day before my bill is due. I would have employees call me before the due date. Which is violating my consumer rights under Title 15 U.S.C. Chapter 41. Also, my network service is terrible. They promote 5g service which I do not have. I contacted consumer service multiple times. All they suggest is that I move to a different location where the weak network service is happening. I constantly have to pay for extra gigabytes. I tried to resolve all these problems with Boost Mobile but customer service doesn’t care.
