What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I’ve been a customer with Metro Pcs for years, before they merged with T Mobile. Since I’ve moved to iowa my service has been terrible. Literally would lose connection can’t call out , can’t text no nothing. That went on for 2 days before i had a little signal to call metro pcs. I call metro pcs they run a connection test , refresh my signal ect. I still have no decent connection. Do I had no service for 2 days , as I call to seek help they’re offering me stuff and saying I’m eligible for a table for 15$ once they run a test and refresh for the second time. Every starts working I accept and purchase the 15$ table over the phone. I was told my tablet would be delivered with 2 days 3 days go by I call metro they say it was sent out but sent back due to me not being home , which I was I never heard a knocked on my door. However a lady says it’s ok she’s going to send it back to me. Ask for my address and said she sent it out. Days go by I call again some guy says he doesn’t see where she sent out a ticket for delivery so he says he’s going to do it . I said no I just want a refund. The Manager said he made a refund ticket which he didn’t. Because I just called and the new phone agent didn’t see the ticket for refund. I’m getting the run around to the point I’m ready to take legal action. If I don’t receive my money. The way these peopl are treating real loyal customers is disgusting.
