What Metro by T-Mobile did:
I bought a metro by T-Mobile phone off of Facebook marketplace to use with TMobile. I figured it’d work. Well it’s not unlocked so it wouldn’t. I contacted metro to see about getting the phone unlocked, and they said since I bought it off of marketplace, I was eligible for an unlock. They would email me a code to call them back with in no more than 24hrs. It is now 6 days later, I still have no phone to use, and I am self employed so that means no work for 6 days. I also have been enrolling in school online fulltime, and I need my phone to do this with. It’s deadline time and I’ve missed 6 important days in finishing my registration with school. So I hope I’m not screwed out of that. Metro now refuses to unlock the phone, and I am out the money for the phone, 6 days of work, 6 important days for school and I’m highly pissed by this!! They lied and mislead me to begin with and now I just hit a brick wall everywhere I turn. And I have no other phone. I’m in the rain using WiFi right now, just to try to get something done. Something needs to be done! They are liars and a foul assed company!
