Santander Consumer USA Complaint

What Santander Consumer USA did:
I was given a predatory Auto loan from Santander bank in 1/2019 . Business was committed to provide a fair monthly payment that’s approved for low-income subprime borrowers can pay which is what we agreed upon. Santander was sued for not following there agreement which resulted in a Class Action Lawsuit. The business agreed/Setteled that they would be to waive balances for customers who have low credit scores and who have stopped paying their loans but they have not tried to resolve this with me, instead keep sending out settlement letters and causing my credit score to getting lower. Also on December 22, 2020, CFPB issued a consent order against Santander for furnishing consumer loan information to CRAs that it knew or reasonably should have known was inaccurate; failing to promptly update and correct information it furnished that it later determined was incomplete; failing to provide the date of first delinquency on certain delinquent or charged-off accounts; and failing to establish and implement reasonable written policies and procedures regarding the accuracy and integrity of information provided to CRAs.I tried to dispute with credit bureaus but Experian/Equifax Refused To Removed Just Updated. This been affecting my credit very strongly I would like for Santander to remove the charge off account of each of my credit reports.
