What Verizon Wireless did:
Spoke with verizon customer support on April 4th at apox 10:30am.
I advised the agent i was having sudden financial difficulties and was wonering if there was anything they could do to help me with my outstanding balance and how i could lower my monthly bill since i have 4 lines with them.
The agent agreed and sounded very helpful and told me she was lowering this and lowering that and adjusting this and that and also putting in multiple tickets to help me get my balance down.
When we hung up i was in good spirtits.
I called back on the 10th to see how these requests were making out.
And after speaking with 8 diffrent angents and a supervisor come to find out she did nothing she said.
And unfortunately due to this im in over my head with my out standing balance which i would of had the money to pay if she hadnt lied to me and told me she was going to make sure i could pay my balance in installments and that it would be lowered.
