What Verizon Wireless did:
To Whom it may concern:
In June of 2022 my Plan for my wireless service was changed to a higher plan with out my authorization.
1: As a result as of July 2022 my wireless account has been disconnected 24 times and have been charged
$450.00 on reconnection fee.
July 2022 $40.00 August 2022 $100.00 September 2022 $20 October 2022 $40 November 2022 $60 December
2022 $60 January 2023 $40 February 2023 $60 March 2023 $20 totaling $440.00 in Reconnection fees.
2: As a result of over billing of my account in July 2022 My account has sustained a payment return fee of $60 in
the August 2022 for July 2022 billing cycle.
3: As a result of the above 2 reason every time I call to dispute or ask for resolution I have been charges a $10
agent assistance fee totaling $140
As a result of the snowball effect and Verizon agents, supervisors, and managers not being able to understand the
issue I have been charged $663.00 in total which excluding the 2 returned check fees from my bank totaling $70
I do have all the bills downloaded and it is available for me to upload if anyone would like to see it. Also I have
Spent over 18:00 hours and 34 mins on the phone trying to resolve this over the last 4 month.
