Uber Complaint

What Uber did:
I approached UBER last September about driving. I expressed interest in driving in both Nevada and California as I live close to the border. I was told California would be best and only one was possble. After being denied driving opportunoity in CA in just a few days, I was then told I could drive and was apporved in Nevada since i had a NVDL. Before I could start driving and no more than a week later, I wqs told Id been deactivated but given no reason. After dozens of phone calls and being stonewalled by the company , i finally was told that my deactivation was due to involvement in a dangerous rideshare situation with Lyft which was not true. I have records of the convo with lyft as well as copies of the background reports showing nothing of the sort. More than 2 months went by with me being declined driving opportunities. Finally I was able to speak to someone in person and i was approved in December. and drove in vegas for more than a month. I then decided to try a more lucrative area like sacramento and the bay area. I enquired with Uber and was told Id have a 2-3 day wait before being reinstated to drive in a different state. this was on March 12 when I also went and secured a CADL for the sole purpose of driving for uber in CA. After my background check was completed through CHeckr on March 16th I presumed i was good to drive, however, 10 video support meetings and over 50 direct messages to chat support at UBER, Im still not driving and its been nearly 3 months. The excuses range from CHeckr has fallen behind to they are waiging on mY license information which is odd considering Ive never driven or lived in NY. They have also blamed the DMV in CA citing the EPN is the issue and it cant’ be fixed. This is aslo ********. After losing out on my only income for 3 months Iv’e become homeless and my health isn’t well. My family has deserted me and I feel depressed and suicidal regulartly. The damages this has caused are immense in addition to the loss of at least 15k in driving revenue that Uber i belive is contractually obligateed to provide their platform to me so i can drive.
