Bank of America Complaint
What Bank of America did:
Bank of america accused me of senior abuse by reporting to the state agency that i was financially exploiting my own mother whom I currently take care of without any knowledge of our situation or any evidence that i was doing such a thing. The state adult protective services dept came to our home without any permission and began to interrogate my mother an I , my mother has dementia and is unable to communicate in a non confusing manner. The lady at the bank even went as far as saying i was trying to fraud my mother in front of everyone in the building , im no criminal in any way and dont encourage thievery, ive never even been arrested for anything or put in jail ever. She has no knowledge of my achievements or any accomplishments ive made in my life, ive recieved numerous state accolades in music and was in an academy award winning best picture and in the screen actors guild just to name a few.
