Verizon Wireless Complaint

What Verizon Wireless did:
Degratation of 4G LTE and 5G service strength. Land scope, flat, tower signal in whole of area -120dBm. The signal is so low (bad) in fact that the mobile phones rotate between 2 of the worst bands, 5G and 4G as it doesnt know which is worse. Mobile phones wont make calls, calls drop and data stream is nill to the point of unusuable, although we are still expected to “pay our bill” and for the cost of the mobile phones. Additionally we have been told they (verizon) is working on it, but its been 2 years since i had service and still have an account but service has got worse not better. I have also reported these issues to verizon with no outcome. Verizon seems to have no intent on aiding their customer base, and are billing far beyond any of their competitiors by about 300%
