What DirecTV did:
It takes 5-7 calls to customer service to answer 1 question such as “How will I be able to stream the Women’s World Cup of soccer next month?” Or today “Will you be showing the BIG 10 Saturday night College football games or is there a package. This last question was answered with “We have the NFL package!” And after I explained that is pro football and I am asking about college he hung up on me! Impossible to get any help. Why am I paying nearly $1000 a month?!
