What PayPal did:
Fraudsters claimed that I sold merchandise to them that was not delivered. I have NEVER sold anything on PayPal. The only reason PayPal did not receive money from my bank was due to the account being frozen due to fraud. After disputing the charges, only one was resolved and my account has been turned over for collection of $1,372.80. I have asked PayPal to demand sales receipts from alleged “Buyers”, and I have provided them with my bank statements and multiple documents, yet payPal continues to attempt to force me to pay for their negligence.
