What Verizon Wireless did:
Bought I-Phone 14 and Verizon contract @ Best Buy, did not receive it, tracked it, out for final delivery for two weeks, called Post Office, cannot locate the package, went to Best Buy and cancelled both order and contract on 28th day, 30 days to cancel.
Verizon billed, continued billing after calls giving tracking number and agents tracking and verifying phone is out for final delivery, but billing continues.
Collections also tracked phone as out for final delivery, and said Verizon should be taking care of this, and research by collections reveals Best Buy didn’t close the order properly in June, this being November, with $1280 outstanding.
I heard no more and received no more bills after, but it appeared on my credit report as a charge off.
I wish to file suit.
